  1. Cut the cabbage into quarters and the core into strips. Thinly slice onions and garlic.
  2. Put pan over medium heat. When it is very hot, add the butter or oil and swirl to coat the pan. Add the cabbage, onion and garlic and saute until the cabbage is tender – about 10 minutes.
  3. Add salt and pepper according to taste.
  4. Serves 4 at 4.6 net carbs each.
