  1. Cover and cook cauliflower on a low flame for 10 minutes.
  2. Now transfer into a clean kitchen cloth and squeeze out as much excess water as possible.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add cauliflower and all the ingredients except lemon.
  4. Heat coconut oil to shallow fry the cutlests for 2-3 minutes until well browned.
  5. Cauliflower cutlets are ready! Now garnish with coriander leaves and chaat masala, squeeze a lemon and serve them hot.
