Instructions
  1. Shred the cauliflower with a cheese grater and steam until tender.
  2. Now mix cheese with the cauliflower until the cheese melts.
  3. Add eggs, coconut flour, and scallions in the same bowl. Mix it well.
  4. Take the cauliflower batter and scoop out pieces from it. Give a nice shape to the pieces like fritter/tikki, a round ball, or any shape that you like.
  5. Now add 2 tbsp of olive oil to a nonstick pan and bring it to medium heat. Drop all the cauliflower fritters into the pan and cook for a few minutes on each side until crispy.
  6. Cauliflower fritters are ready! Top it with sour cream and scallions and serve hot!
Recipe Notes

You can add more oil to the pan if needed.
