Ingredients
For Dough

For Paratha Preparation

Instructions
Knead the dough by adding ghee, salt and water.
Keep the dough aside to rest for 10 minutes.
Now, make small size balls from the dough.
Gently press the dough ball so that ingredients could be placed inside it.
Place ajwain inside it and also add some salt, to taste.
Now roll it again into a ball and apply some oil on it.
Now roll the ball flat into a paratha.
Now place the paratha on a hot tava.
Half-cook the paratha on both sides.
Now apply the ghee as required and cook it further.
Keto Ajwain Paratha is ready! Serve hot with some butter.
