In a medium saucepan, whisk cream, almond milk, almond flour, keto sweetener, crushed saffron and cardamom all together.
Put the pan over medium heat until the mixture is boiling, whisking frequently to prevent lumps.
Once the kheer boils, turn down the heat and cook until the mixture is about the consistency of a thin pancake batter.
Refrigerate it for one to two hours. Sprinkle with additional ground cardamom, before serving.
If you are not on keto and still want to make this, then try coarsely ground rice flour or whirl about some rice in your blender, until you get a coarse finish and substitute that for the almond flour.
