  1. Preparing the Keto avocado chips recipe is simple. It will require:
  2. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees celsius and cover the pan with parchment paper.
  3. Use a bowl and put all the ingredients in it;avocado, cheese,lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder & oregano.
  4. Keep mixing until you get a smooth batter.
  5. After mixing, place full teaspoons of the prepared mixture on the pan, seperate the scoops at 2-3 inches distance from each other.
  6. You can use your fingers or the back of a spoon to press down each of the scoops into a 3-inch wide circle.
  7. Now, keep the baking pan in the oven and bake it for 35 to 40 minutes or up until the edges turn brown and chips turn crispy.
  8. Take down the chips from the oven & place them so that they cool down.
  9. Serve with your favorite dipping that do not disturb your diet.

Things to remember-

  • The best time to consume them is between 24 hours of preparation.
  • Store the chips in dry & air-tight containers. Do not keep them in refrigerator.
  • Grease your fingers with butter( or the back of the spoon with butter) to avoid the batter from sticking while pressing them in the form of circles.
