Keto Broccoli Fried Rice
Fried rice is a full-fledged meal that you can have either during lunch or dinner. A keto fried rice using broccoli is a perfect option if you want to avoid carb & have a stomach-filling meal. The broccoli fried rice is a mix of flavors & have many ingredients init.   Most of the ingredients are readily available in your kitchen. You can enjoy the rice with sauce or paneer bhurji, or anything else that do not disturb your keto plan.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Pour half tablespoon coconut oil in pan & heat it on a medium flame for 30 secs.
  2. Now add chicken to the pre-heated oil and season it with pepper and sal
  3. For 5 minutes, keep cooking the chicken until it turns golden and then transfer it to a plate.
  4. Add few drops of coconut oil & then add the onion to the pan. Cook until it get softens
  5. Add garlic to the pan & cook for another one minute or so.
  6. Now, add the grated broccoli to the pan and cook until it turns tender.
  7. Add soy sauce to the mix and season with pepper and salt.
  8. Keep aside the broccoli to one side of pan, & add beaten egg to the pan
  9. Scramble the eggs & now mix it with broccoli. Now add the chicken to the pan.
  10. The broccoli rice is ready to serve, garnish it with onions

This is all about keto rice, this is known as rice but actually this is not rice but it’s broccoli grated in shape of rice grains. This recipe has very low amount of carbohydrates, & that’swhy  it is a very good recipe for ketogenic or low carb diet.
