Ingredients

ginger finely chopped

green chilli finely chopped

fresh coriander finely chopped

Black Pepper

Red Chilli Powder

Instructions
Wash a fresh carrot. Peel and grate it.
Combine all the ingredients (except cheese slice) in a deep bowl and knead them into a dough using enough water.
Now make 2 small balls from the dough.
Using a rolling pin and flat board, roll both dough balls into thin paratha sheets.
Now place a cheese slice in between the 2 thin sheets. Press them from the boundaries to stick them together and now roll it again.
Now heat a pan and grease it with 1 teaspoon of ghee.
Cook it properly using 2 teaspoons of ghee until it turns golden brown on both sides.
Your yummy and healthy keto carrot paratha is ready! Serve hot with curd.
