Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken into pieces and boil for 5 mins. Now strain the water and grind the boiled chicken.
  2. Now take a pan and heat it. Add ghee or oil, then add finely chopped green chilli and then add the ground chicken and saute for a minute.
  3. Now add spices of your choice and cook it for a minute. Switch off the flame and let it cool.
  4. Now knead the dough using keto flour and water. Take a small ball from the dough and roll it.
  5. Now stuff chicken into it and roll it into a paratha.
  6. Cook the paratha on a hot tava. Half-cook it on both sides and apply ghee and cook it further.
  7. Keto chicken paratha is ready! Serve it hot.
