Instructions
  1. Cut chicken into large pieces.
  2. Mix up yogurt, salt, lemon and spices in a bowl.
  3. Marinate chicken pieces for at least 2 hours.
  4. Fry marinated chicken in ghee in a frying pan OR skew them in the oven for 15 minutes at HIGH and grease with butter or ghee half way through.
  5. Heat the kebabs on a charcoal stove for a tandoori flavour.
  6. Garnish with a slice of lemon and serve hot.
