Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies using Almond Flour
To make this Recipe, we will use simple ingredients like Almond Flour, Coconut Flour, baking powder, and grass fed butter. In addition, we also use eggs, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, Keto Sweetener, and almond slices. ( Almond flour/keto coconut flour may be purchased or may be prepared by grinding the basic ingredients of the flour i.e. almond & coconut respectively. Similarly, if you fail to find keto sweetener from the market, instead you can use sugar-free) However, the number of almond slices can be altered as per your macro count. If you don’t have almonds, you can use other nuts, too. For example, such as pecans, macadamia, or walnuts.Always seek dietitian’s guidance when you are replacing the ingredients.

Instructions
  1. Firstly, combine Almond Flour with Keto Coconut Flour, baking powder and Keto Sweetener together in a medium-sized bowl. And then secondly, mix until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
  2. Nextly, add the butter, vanilla extract, and egg to the mixture in the bowl. Subsequently, knead with your hands to get a consistent dough mixture.
  3. Add almond slices, and some chocolate chips into the dough. (if you observe that the dough is sticky, you can add some amount of almond flour.) For easy molding of the cookie balls, Cool the mixture in the refrigerator for an hour.
  4. You can make 16-20 balls out of the chocolate chip cookies’ dough. Nextly, arrange them separately on the baking sheet. Additionally, set the oven to 300°F and place the sheet in for 20 minutes.
  5. Finally, When the chip cookies turns golden brown, you can take the chocolate chip cookies out of the oven. Let them cool down & then you can happily serve them.
