  2. Take a bowl & mix almond flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and stevia.
  3. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 170 degree celsius and prepare 12-hole muffin tray using cupcake papers.
  4. Add and blend thoroughly; eggs, heavy cream, and vanilla extract to the above mentioned mixture.
  5. Add melted butter to the mixture and combine it well.
  6. Add the sugar-free chocolate chips to the mixture and mix well so that each chocolate chip gets covered completely.
  7. Now, pour the mixture evenly on the muffin tray. Make sure that the mixture is homogeneous.
  8. Keep the muffin tray in the pre-heated oven and set the timer for 20 minutes baking.
  9. Keto chocolate muffins are ready to be served. You can have them right away or allow them to cool.Please note, muffins can shrink a little after cooling.
