  1. Heat butter in a large pan or wok it over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saute until fragrant.
  2. Add spinach. Saute for 2 to 4 minutes. If the pan is too full to stir at first, cover it for one or two minutes to let the spinach at the bottom wilt (become saggy). Then stir it in a folding motion collectively.
  3. Add cream cheese, heavy cream, black pepper, sea salt, and Italian seasoning. Stir constantly until the cream cheese melts down, then cook for a few minutes until thickened.
  4. You can also sprinkle Parmesan cheese on it while serving, if desired.
