In a pan, heat half of the butter and add in 1/2 the spices powder (pinch of cumin seeds, pinch of turmeric, pinch of garam masala powder, pinch of black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder) and fry for 30 to 60 seconds. Then add eggs and mix them well. Cook them for 4-5 minutes on a low heat till the egg starts to get some color.
