Keto Egg cheesy Wraps

  1. Lightly grease a non stick pan with oil and put it over a medium heat.
  2. Whisk one egg in a small bowl while the pan is heating.
  3. After the pan has fully heated up, pour in the whisked egg.
  4. Swirl the pan around to spread the egg evenly across the bottom of the pan to form a full circle.
  5. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper across the top of the egg & leave it for cooking.
  6. Let us cook it for 30-60 seconds until the edges are cooked then gently flip over to cook on the other side And cook another 10 secs.
  7. Now in a bowl, add cream cheese & thoroughly washed grated cauliflower. Mix them well. Add a pinch of salt, you can add a pinch of oregano if you wish to have a better taste.
  8. Further, paste this cream-cauliflower mixture on the side of the wrap which is facing upwards.
  9. Fold the wrap after 20 secs, in a cylindrical manner.
  10. Press the wrap & transfer it on a plate.
  11. You can eat it fresh & warm, along with sauce.
