Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a fry pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. When the cumin seeds start spluttering, add coriander powder, chopped garlic and green chilli. Stir for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Then add gobhi, black pepper, garam masala and salt to taste. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Give it a stir in between.
  4. Now break the eggs into it and mix everything well. Cook for a minute more.
  5. Switch off the flame. Your keto gobhi is ready!
  6. Finish it with squeezes lemon and serve hot.
