  1. Soak chia seeds in water at least for 2-3 hours.
  2. Heat a pan and add ghee to it.
  3. Add cloves, bay leaf and cumin seeds.
  4. Then add asafoetida, ginger and green chilli.
  5. Saute it a bit and now add red chilli powder, cabbage and spinach.
  6. Saute it and now add turmeric powder and salt.
  7. Saute and cover and cook until the vegetables become tender.
  8. Now add in the chia seeds mix and then add water. Now let it cook for a few minutes.
  9. Once it starts to thicken, add hung curd and saute continuously till ghee gets separated.
  10. Keto khichdi is ready!
