This tempting keto lemon turmeric Rice is a treat for all vegetarians or even if you are a nonvegetarian, thanks to the perfect crunch and a great blend of spices.
Take a frying pan and add ghee to it. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, dried red chilli and turmeric powder. Let them splutter. Roast them for a while.
Add some water and mix. Now add grated cauliflower along with salt and cook for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, take a separate pan and heat ghee in it. Add onions and cook them until they are golden brown in color.
Add the caramelized onions on top of the rice and turn off the flame.
Garnish with coriander leaves and squeeze lemon juice on it. Gently mix the rice.
