Instructions
For preparing manchurian balls
  1. In a bowl, add chopped cabbage, cauliflower, paneer, onion, capsicum along with ground flaxseed, hemp hearts, psyllium husk, green chili, grated cheese, and salt. Mix everything well.
  2. Make small round balls from the mixture.
  3. Now in a frying pan heat the oil on a medium flame and deep fry these balls for 30 seconds or until the balls turn golden.
  4. Repeat this process for all the manchurian balls & keep them aside.
For preparing manchurian sauce
  1. Heat some oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic and green chili in it. Saute for a minute.
  2. Then add capsicum and onion and saute for a minute.
  3. Add green chili sauce, soy sauce and mix it well.
  4. Now add 1 cup water and let it boil for 3-4 minutes.
Final preparation
  1. Dip all the deep fried manchurian balls inside the manchurian sauce.
  2. Delicious keto manchurian is ready! Serve it hot and enjoy a guilt free treat.
