This Indian-style keto lamb curry or mutton curry is wonderfully flavored with cumin, green cardamom, and pepper. The perfectly cooked meat is super tender and falls off the bone. Flavorful but not too spicy, it’s a tasty Indian keto dish!

  1. In a grinder, grind peppercorns, cardamom, and cumin seeds.
  2. Now in a pressure cooker, add 1 tbsp of ghee and 2 tbsps of ground spices (cardamom, peppercorns & cumin).
  3. Then add in the mutton and coat well with the spices and season with salt.
  4. Add in the ginger garlic paste and pureed onion. Mix everything well.
  5. Then add water, turmeric, and coriander powder and pressure cook for 20 minutes.
  6. Delicious keto mutton curry or lamb curry is ready!
  7. Garnish it with fresh coriander and serve hot.
