Keto Palak Paneer Saag
Palak Saag with paneer is one of the most loved delicacies in North India especially. Here is the recipe with keto twist in it, which helps you enjoy this dish without thinking about carbohydrates. This recipe does not use tomatoes/ onions , that is why the net carbs of the dish remain low.But do not worry about the taste, it’s no compromise at all.

Instructions
  1. To make keto palak paneer, firstly, wash the spinach (palak) thoroughly. And, then remove the stems, if not tender.
  2. In a pan , add palak and a little water.
  3. Cover the pan and blanch the palak, for about 4 minutes.
  4. Thereafter, let the palak cool down.. And, grind it a mixer, along with the remaining water to make a puree/paste/saag.
  5. Meanwhile, take a pan and heat the ghee. Subsequently, add the finely chopped garlic and grated ginger. Next, cook them for 30 seconds.
  6. Now add paneer cubes, and saute till they turn golden brown.
  7. At the end, combine the palak puree with salt and garam masala. Moreover, add the golden brown paneer cubes.
