Keto palak paratha is an Indian flatbread made with keto flour, spinach and spices.

  1. Take a blender and add washed spinach, green chillies and ginger. Blend them into a smooth puree. Use 2 tbsp of water to prepare the blend.
  2. In a bowl add pureed spinach, keto flour, garam masala and salt and mix well.
  3. Add little water and make a smooth dough (not sticky). Grease the dough with little oil and let it rest for at least 10-15 minutes.
  4. Now make small balls out from the dough and with the rolling pin, roll each ball into a paratha and place it on the tawa one at a time.
  5. Cook the paratha from both sides and apply ghee to get desired crispiness.
  6. Keto palak paratha is ready! Serve with curd, pickle or raita.
Recipe Notes

You can also add chopped spinach to the flour instead of blended spinach.
