  1. Cut paneer into bite size pieces.
  2. Marinate paneer with salt, pepper, half the red chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, 1 teaspoon chopped curry leaves, ¼ teaspoon ginger garlic paste and vinegar.
  3. Now prepare a slurry (liquid mixture) by combining almond (keto) floor and water. Dip and coat paneer pieces with it and then deep fry them. Now keep them aside.
  4. Next, mix the remaining chilli powder with yogurt and set it aside.
  5. Heat ghee in a pan and add in the mustard seeds and cumin seeds along with the dried red chillies.
  6. Once the mustard seeds start popping, add in the curry leaves followed by ginger garlic paste and finally the yogurt mixed with the chilli powder.
  7. When everything gets properly combined, add in the deep fried paneer and cook until all the liquid leaves the pan.
  8. Piping hot keto paneer 65 is ready! Serve it hot with a cup of Keto tea or coffee and enjoy its great taste!
