  1. Take a bowl and mix the ingredients – almond flour, xanthan gum, psyllium husk powder, salt and baking soda and whisk it.
  2. Incorporate the cottage cheese into dry ingredients using your hand. Now knead the dough by periodically adding water and oil as required. Knead well.
  3. Now keep the dough aside for 30 minutes
  4. Make balls out of the dough and roll them into flattered puris.
  5. Now put the flattened dough puris into hot oil and fry until they turn light brown in colour. The puris might puff.
  6. Keto puris are ready! Serve hot with any keto curry of your choice.
