Instructions
First of all, put all the ingredients in a bowl – coconut flour, psyllium husk and ghee / butter / oil.
Mix all the ingredients. Mix them with the help of a spoon. Gradually add lukewarm water and mix everything well. Make a dough.
After kneading the dough (until it mixed to a consistent texture), leave it for 10 minutes.
Now divide the kneaded dough into 4 balls. Then place each ball on parchment paper on a flat surface and roll it into a roti with a roller.
You can give it a properly circular shape with the help of a lid.
Toast the roti on a medium hot skillet for 2 minutes on each side.
Keto roti is ready! Serve hot with yogurt or any keto veggie.
