Instructions
  1. Wash the spinach properly and finely chop it. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan and add chopped garlic and onion. Gently saute for about 3 minutes till onions turn translucent.
  3. Now add cauliflower rice, pepper & salt into the pan and saute for 3 minutes more until the cauliflower begins to soften.
  4. Now toss chopped spinach with cauliflower rice in the frying pan and let it sit for about 3 more minutes.
  5. Now add soy sauce and mix well. Let it sit further for 3 minutes to absorb soy sauce and cook well.
  6. Tasty and filling keto spinach cauliflower rice ise ready! Serve with curd or raita.
