  1. Take a bowl and whisk eggs, chopped spinach, red chilli flakes, cayenne pepper, salt, ginger garlic paste and cream cheese.
  2. In a non-stick pan, add the ghee or butter and keep it on medium heat. Pour the mixture into a pan and fry for 2-3 minutes. Cook until the mixture starts thickening.
  3. Now sprinkle some cheddar cheese on the omelette and cook until cheese melts.
  4. Keto Spinach Omelette is ready. Serve it with tomato sauce.
