  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees(in Celsius). Prepare a cookie sheet and line with parchment paper, set aside.
  2. Remove the stalk from the mushrooms and peel all the skins properly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, garlic, parsley, and butter and mix them well.
  4. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix.
  5. Place all of the prepared mushrooms on the sheet(cookie sheet) and fill with the cheese mixture.
  6. Place this in the oven and bake it for 15 minutes, until the cheese has browned and the mushrooms are cooked through.
  7. Serve the delicious dish immediately.
Recipe Notes

If parsley is not available, use celery leaves or coriander!
