Instructions
  1. Start with grating the paneer. Once done keep it aside.
  2. In a bowl add this grated paneer , soaked moong dal and add salt , red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Mix them well.
  3. Add to it 1 tbsp mayonnaise and again mix. Make small tikkis or laddo of this
  4. In a pan add oil and let it heat for a while.
  5. To this add the moong dal and paneer tikki or laddo and fry them until they are crisp and golden brown.
  6. Drain out the excess oil from them.
  7. Serve with mint chutney.
