Preparing Batter
  1. Grind the oats in a blender and then add it in a bowl.
  2. Add Besan, carrot, onion, cumin seeds, turmeric, chopped green chillies, salt and coriander leaves in bowl.
  3. Mix water as needed and make a smooth batter.
Making Oats Cheela
  1. Heat a pan on a low flame.
  2. Spread the batter gently on the pan.
  3. After 1-2 min, flip it and wait till it cooks on the other side too.
  4. After cheela gets well cooked and turns brown, take it off the pan.
  5. Oats cheela is ready! Serve it warm or hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
