Preparing Masala for Paneer Curry
In a thick bottom pan, heat the oil.
Add the onion paste into the pan and saute till it becomes golden brown.

Now add the tomato and cashew paste into the pan. Mix everything well and saute the masala on a low flame.
Saute the masala till you see some fat releasing from the sides.

Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and turmeric powder. Mix all the spices well.
Add green chillies and water to the pan and mix.
Season it with salt, also add coriander leaves.
Simmer the curry on a low to medium flame till it starts to thicken.
