Instructions
Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes. Peel and mash them gently.
Take a pan and add 1 tbsp ghee. Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds and let the cumin seeds splutter.
Now add chopped green chillies and green peas. Add mashed potatoes and mix them well.
Cover the pan for 5 minutes and cook everything nicely.
Now take out mashed potato mixture in a bowl and add yogurt.
Potato curd tadka is ready!
Garnish it with coriander leaves (optional) and serve it with rice.
