Instructions
  1. First, roast the vegetables.
  2. Now take a large bowl and whisk black pepper, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil.
  3. Now marinate your roasted veggies.
  4. Take tortillas and spread hummus 2 tbsp and now lay out with fresh basil leaves and top with 2 slices of zucchini, 2 slices of yellow squash and 1 slice of bell pepper.
  5. Fold in the two sides of the tortillas and roll like a burrito.
  6. Roasted vegetable wrap is ready to serve!
