Making Sabudana Khichdi
  1. In a pan, heat the peanut ghee or oil and fry the cumin till it turns brown.
  2. Then add the green chillies and curry leaves. Fry for a few seconds and then add ginger.
  3. Saute till the raw smell of ginger goes away. Now add boiled potatoes and saute for a minute.
  4. Then add sabudana and stir on a low flame for 4 to 6 minutes.
  5. When sabudana loses its opacity and starts becoming translucent, it means it has cooked. Don’t overcook as it might become hard.
