Ingredients

Sprouted moong dal

Psyllium Husk
(isabgol)

Green chillies
Pinch of asafoetida
Salt to Taste
1 tbsp Olive oil
(for cooking)
Instructions
Firstly, blend the sprouted moong dal in a mixer with little water into a smooth paste.
Now transfer it into a bowl and add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli, pinch of asafoetida and salt to taste. Combine them well.
For better binding, add the psyllium husk to the mixture.
Now prepare medium sized tikkis from the mixture.
In a fry pan, heat the oil and fry the tikkis. Fry until they turn golden brown from both the sides.
Tasty and healthy sprouted tikki is ready! Serve hot with mint chutney.
