Ingredients

Besan

Jeera

coriander leaves, chopped

Oil or ghee
Instructions
Grind oats and add them to a mixing bowl.
Now add the rest of the ingredients, except oil, and pour water as required and to make a batter neither too thick nor too liquid.
Now heat a pan and grease it with some oil.
Now pour one ladle of batter on the pan and spread it gently.
Now sprinkle some oil all around the chilla and let it cook.
Once it cooks properly from one side, flip it and cook the other side.
Once the chilla is cooked, keep it aside and prepare the rest of the chillas the same way, one by one.
Tasty oats chillas are ready! Serve hot with chutney.
