It all started when I was surfing Instagram and came across an ad by InstaFitness. I shared my contact details to inquire about the program and within a day I got a call from their health consultant who explained to me how InstaFitness makes it easy for everyone to lose excess weight and body fat.
Before joining InstaFitness, I was 81 Kg and was suffering from multiple overweight issues like irregular periods – PCOS, back pain etc. With all these health issues I was too concerned about my health. I thought this was worth a try and enrolled in one of their weight loss programs.
I was assigned Dt. Shubha as my personal dietitian.

Firstly we discussed my daily schedule and it started with a one week detox plan. Slowly and gradually I started losing weight.
To be honest, if you follow the plan and the dietitian’s guidelines, you will assuredly achieve your goals. It was a customized diet plan designed as per my preferences. The diet plans changed every 7-10 days based on my progress and regular evaluation. She shared interesting and tasty recipes which were easy to prepare and I loved her meal plan.
I lost 9 Kgs in a span of 6 weeks and am still losing more. My Current weight is 72 Kg. No more irregular periods/PCOS. My energy levels have also increased. I dropped two sizes from XXL to L.
