INSTAFITNESS REFUND POLICY
InstaFitness values your trust. If we let your efforts go result-less, we settle your subscription charges. Currently, our Keto Diet, Therapeutic Diet and Personalized Diet Programs are refundable. We settle outstanding subscription charges (+ cancellation fee) for those clients who did not achieve any result in terms of weight loss, inch loss or improvement in vitals. Refund policy is applicable up to 30 days from the beginning of diet program. No refund request will be accepted after 30 days.
CLAIMING REFUND
After approving the refund request, refund process will begin immediately and you will receive a confirmation call from our representative who will inform you about the refund. The refund amount will be your remaining subscription fee – cancellation fee. Refund will be made in 10 business days after your refund request is confirmed.

2 MONTH PLAN
SUBSCRIPTION FEE – SUBSCRIPTION USED – INR 800 (cancellation fee)
3+ MONTH PLAN
SUBSCRIPTION FEE – SUBSCRIPTION USED – INR 1000 (cancellation fee)
OUR RECOMMENDATION
There are many instances where an individual does not experience satisfactory results due to factors such as subscription freezing or sudden discontinuation due to any reason, medical issue or even due to lack of motivation or change of mind.
In most cases, a compensatory subscription extension, complimentary maintenance diet plan or change in dietitian makes the client experience better and faster results.
