  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Saute garlic, onion and green chillies for about a minute.
  3. Now add chopped mushroom and rosemary.
  4. Cook on a medium flame for about 5 minutes.
  5. Now mushrooms should start losing water and will get cooked.
  6. Cook until the water evaporates and mushrooms get tender. Keep on stirring in between.
  7. Add all the bell peppers and spices. Give it a nice stir.
  8. Cook for another 5 minutes on medium flame.
