Flaxseed Paneer Paratha Recipe

Instructions
In a bowl add salt, flaxseed atta with warm water and mix it well. It will take 2-3 minutes for the dough to come together.
Then add finely grated paneer and combine them well. Make sure there are no lumps in the dough. Let the dough cool down for 5-10 minutes.
Now divide the dough into equal portions. Take a parchment paper to roll the dough to make a paratha.
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Grease with little ghee and place the paratha on it to cook.
Apply the ghee when paratha cooks to the desired color and flip it over. Do the same on the other side too.
Once done, remove the paratha and put it on the serving plate.
Delicious flaxseed paneer paratha is ready! Serve it hot.
