Here’s a lip-smacking stuffed keto broccoli paratha recipe for you. It’s a great option for breakfast, it is healthy, tasty, and keeps you full.
Instructions
Take a bowl and add keto flour and make a nice and soft dough.
Now cover this dough and keep it aside.
Mix all the stuffing ingredients together and divide the stuffing mixture into 3 equal portions and keep aside.
Now take out small round portions of the dough and roll each portion flat.
Place 1 portion of the stuffing on one half of the rolled dough and fold it over into a semi-circle. Then press gently to seal the edges.
Heat a Tawa on a high flame and place the paratha and cook both sides.
Keep applying ghee on the paratha and cook till it gets golden from both sides.
Keto broccoli paratha is ready! Serve hot with ghee or butter.
