Keto Broccoli Paratha Recipe
This Broccoli Paratha is an Indian keto dish, loaded with the goodness of broccoli. Be it breakfast, lunch or dinner, this Keto Paratha is a great way to sneak in healthy veggies and to fulfil your paratha cravings while on Keto diet.
Instructions
Mix all the Roti ingredients - coconut flour, ghee, psyllium husk, butter or oil to make a dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Mix all the spices and chopped onion, bell pepper and green chillies with grated broccoli to prepare the filling.
Take the roti dough and divide it into 4 equal balls.
Roll one of the balls into a flat circle and cut it using a lid into an exact circle. Keep it aside.
Roll another piece into a flat circle and put ¼ of the whole filling on top of this piece and evenly spread the stuffing on it.
Place the roti that we rolled earlier on top of this roti to cover the stuffing.
Press at the edges to stick both rotis together from the sides.
Once the edges are stuck, use the pot lid to cut the whole paratha into a nice even circular shape.
Heat the pan, then add butter and cook the roti on it. Keep applying butter or oil repeatedly to cook it to the desired color and crispiness.
Flip it over and do the same on the other side.
Keto broccoli paratha is ready! Serve hot with tea and sauce or chutney.
