Keto Chicken Seekh Kebab is a mouth watering dish made with minced chicken and flavored with warming spices. Bake it in the oven, on the stove or even on the grill. It goes with any keto salad, roasted veggies, cauliflower rice or with any low-carb naan bread.
Take a bowl and add all the ingredients including keema and mix gently.
Take out the meat mixture in parts, one by one from the mixing bowl and hand roll them on the skewer, and then gently press each of them with hands to give each of them a cylindrical shape. Now set aside this skewer.
Brush some oil on a tawa and set it over medium flame. Place the skewer on the tawa and cook until meat turns golden on all sides. Keep rotating the skewer from time to time so that all the sides of the meat get cooked nicely.
