Keto paneer malai tikka is a mouth-watering appetizer cooked with paneer, fresh cream, and a variety of spices. This cottage cheese dish is mild in taste, creamy, and delicious.
Cut the paneer into cubes and keep it aside for a while. Crush the cashews and grated cheese cubes in it and grind them to make a thick paste.
Next, take a large bowl and add cashews and cheese paste, garlic and ginger paste, salt, green cardamom powder, white pepper powder, thymol seeds, and fresh cream. Mix all the ingredients and keep this marinade aside for a while.
Now marinate the paneer cubes with this marinade and keep it aside for about 20-30 min.
After sometime, gently place the marinated paneer cubes on the skewer and slightly prick them. Then, grill these paneer cubes for another 10 min. You can baste it with oil.
Once paneer cubes are grilled, take them off the skewer and the grill.
Sprinkle chaat masala and your Keto paneer malai tikka is ready.
