Instructions
  1. Crack eggs into a bowl and season with salt, pepper and dried oregano. Also add heavy whipping cream and whisk well. Keep it aside.
  2. Now, heat the MCT oil or coconut oil in a pan.
  3. Add spinach to the pan and cook till it becomes saggy. Now add a pinch of salt and then add butter and mix well.
  4. Now pour in the egg mixture and mix well so that the egg mixture gets applied all over the pan. Then, turn down the heat to low and add crumbled feta cheese.
  5. Cover with a lid and cook for about 4 minutes on a low heat till the egg is completely cooked.
  6. Now sprinkle chilli flakes over the omelette.
  7. Delicious keto spinach and feta cheese omelette is ready! Serve with any keto friendly shake, smoothie, coffee or tea.

  1. You can use any kind of cheese that you like in place of feta.
