Instructions
Heat the oil in a non stick pan and add the mustard seeds.
When the seeds sizzle, add the curry leaves and saute on a medium flame for a few seconds.
Then add the onions and green chillies and saute for 2 minutes.
Add the capsicum and saute for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Add the tomatoes and turmeric powder and saute for 2 minutes.
Now add the bread pieces, salt and garam masala and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes on a medium flame, stirring occasionally.
Turn off the flame, add lemon juice and mix well.
Bread Poha is ready! Serve it hot.
