Broccoli Poriyal
Try this tasty Broccoli Poriyal, a very simple stir fry recipe prepared with broccoli, fresh coconut and tempered in an Indian style of spicing. It is a quick stir fry dish that perfectly complements rice and rasam.
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan. Temper with mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let it splutter for a few seconds.
Now add chopped green chillies, hing (asafoetida), shredded paneer and sauté them for another 30 secs.
Next add broccoli and salt, and stir fry on medium to low flame till they turn soft and cooked.
Turn off the gas and sprinkle shredded coconut and combine them well.
Broccoli Poriyal is ready! Serve with rice and rasam.
