as you are on keto diet & you end up killing your mood & stopping your
mind to think about donuts.Don’t worry about it, we have a solution,
we won’t let you kill your mood. here is a simple low carb recipe for
making dough-nutsat home.

- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup Erythritol/ Stevia
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 tbs Sea salt
- 1/4 cup Butter unsalted; measured solid, then melted
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened almond milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

- Preheat the oven to 177 degrees Celsius (350F). Grease a donut cavities using butter.
- Take a bowl,add ingredients; almond flour, sweeteners, baking powder, cinnamon, sea salt & stir them together.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter, almond milk, egg & vanilla extract. Now add the wet mixture into dry mixture.
- Pour batter evenly into the donut pan cavities. The cavities should not be completely filled but should be filled 3/4th of the total depth giving it space, so that the doughnuts can rise on baking
- Place the tray in the preheated oven
- Bake for about 22-28 minutes, until dark golden brown.
- Remove donuts from pan after sufficient cooling,so that it’s easy to remove them
- You can have donuts without coating too
Optional Steps:
- In a small bowl, stir together the sweetener and cinnamon for the coating.
- When the dough-nuts have cooled enough to easily remove from the molds, keep them in a separate plate.
- Apply butter on both sides of donuts using brush , then roll in the sweetener/cinnamon mixture to coat.
- You can repeat the same process with other donuts.
