- 100 Gram Butter (melted and unsalted)
- 1.5 Tsp Baking Powder
- 100 Gram Almond Flour
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 100 ml Coconut Cream or 2/3 cup heavy cream (prefer coconut cream)
- 1/2 Cup Stevia
- 1/2 Cup Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips (you can break any sugar free slab of chocolate in small pieces)
- 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder (preferably unsweetened)

- Take a bowl & mix almond flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and stevia.
- Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 170 degree celsius and prepare 12-hole muffin tray using cupcake papers.
- Add and blend thoroughly; eggs, heavy cream, and vanilla extract to the above mentioned mixture.
- Add melted butter to the mixture and combine it well.
- Add the sugar-free chocolate chips to the mixture and mix well so that each chocolate chip gets covered completely.
- Now, pour the mixture evenly on the muffin tray. Make sure that the mixture is homogeneous.
- Keep the muffin tray in the pre-heated oven and set the timer for 20 minutes baking.
- Keto chocolate muffins are ready to be served. You can have them right away or allow them to cool.Please note, muffins can shrink a little after cooling.
