Keto Egg Paratha Recipe
Egg is a great source of protein and has many tempting ways of consumption. This delicious Keto egg paratha is one of the tastiest and filling keto meals.
Instructions
In a bowl, add keto flour and a pinch of salt and knead it into a dough.
Now take out a dough ball and give it a triangular shape.
Now take another bowl and add eggs. Whisk the eggs well along with chopped coriander and green chilli and add salt as required.
Now roll the triangular dough piece into a paratha and place it on a hot tawa and let it cook from both sides for a minute.
Now with the help of a knife, make a cut in the paratha and carefully pour in the egg mixture.
Continue cooking tha paratha and apply oil to give it a perfect cook.
